Proceeds support expansion of the library's collection.

"Messages from the Hidden Lake"
The Third Edition of "Messages from the Hidden Lake" literary magazine has been released. Come by and get your copies while supplies last. A few copies of the 3 editions are still available.

The Alamosa Public Library will participate in "One Book 4 Colorado," a collaborative statewide project in which more than 70,000 copies of the same book will be given to 4-year-olds across Colorado at local library events and at Reach Out and Read clinics and doctors' offices from April 18-29.
The book's title will be announced on April 18.
To help launch "One Book 4 Colorado" in Alamosa, the library will be distributing the books during Community Storytime and a special upcoming event which will be announced soon.
"One Book 4 Colorado" is a project of the Colorado State Library, Reach Out and Read Colorado, Lt. Governor Garcia, public libraries, the private sector and the foundation community.

We have a new Online Catalog.
